Help with Sign-Up (1st  Time via a participating clinic)

Welcome to Xcare Rewards! 

If you’re an existing patient at your dental clinic, you’re already part of our rewards program. This guide will help you log in for the first time so you can manage your appointments and start earning points. 

Important!

  • To connect your account and see your appointments, you must use the same email address or mobile number that your clinic has on file.
  • If you use a different email or phone number, the system won’t sync your appointments or track points properly. 
  • If you’re not sure which one is on file, please ask your participating clinic — they’ll be happy to help!

Step 1: Scan the QR code or visit Visit Xcare Rewards

This will take you to the Xcare Rewards login page.

Step 2: Click Reset Password

Click Reset Password — this helps you create a password for the first time. 

Step 3: Enter your email or Phone number

Enter your existing Email and click Reset Password to receive a *password * a code (by SMS or Email).

Step 4: Enter your Verification Code

Check your Email or Messages for a Verification Code and enter it below. 

Step 5: Enter new password

Check your Email or Messages for a Verification Code and enter it below. 

Step 6: Login using your ID and password to start using Xcare Rewards

  • Update your profile and make sure your name, date of birth, and other details are correct.
  • View and manage your appointments (as long as your contact info matches what the clinic has). 
  • Earn points for your visits, referrals, reviews, and special promotions. 
  • Redeem points for gift cards, discounts, or other offers — right from the portal!
